 Responsibilities: 

In essence, the Internal Audit Director will assist in developing and implementing the overall audit strategy and risk management plan to ensure adherence to organizational policies:
1. Assess existing internal control systems and accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and decision making processes.
2. Provide independent objective consulting activities designed to add value and improve operations to management team.
3. Safeguard company from loss due to fraud, misappropriation and malfeasance by reviewing internal financial transactions and operational procedures.
4. Manage local outsourced internal audit resources and assist in managing compliance reviews of third party contracts.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 years experience in auditing at multinational or local Chinese oversea listed company, within big international audit firm is preferred.
2. Multi-lingual, fluent in both Mandarin and English, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and approaches, with an emphasis on process and risk assessment and proven experience managing internal audit projects.

 Special Requirements: 

1. Strong preference for candidates who are Certified Public Accountants or are Certified Internal Auditors.
