Company Scenario :

The company has established a wholly owned Mainland China on 28 May 2007. Headquartered in Shanghai. The company operates a mainland China network of 36 outlets in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou.

 Responsibilities: 

1.Achieve pre-set business targets and grows business for the branch on all PFS products / services and customer acquisition.
2.Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers.
3.Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to the work procedures, Bank’s policy and local regulatory requirements, all control measures are undertaken, and minimize the risk exposure of the Branch.
4.Contribute to Mainland PFS business development of products, delivery channels and marketing strategies.
5.Manage the performance and development of staff.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1.University Degree in Business Administration / Finance or related professional qualifications.
2. At least 8 years’ experiences in personal banking or sales management. At least 3 years’ experiences in managing subordinates to develop good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
3.Familiar with the compliance regulatory related to personal banking business and owns the experience to run P&L.

 Special Requirements: 

1.Prefer candidate’s age range from 30 to 35.
