Responsibilities: |
This HR Manager is acted as a HR advisor role to HR Director – China, who is mainly responsible for the full spectrum of HR management and practices in Qingdao office: 1.Be responsible for recruiting (especially Sales Function) by working closely with line managers in the selection and recruitment process by ensuring role profiling, interviewing and on-boarding processes are well-documented and fairly executed. 2.Be responsible for ensuring compensation rewards competitively in the office, participate in job matching, salary surveys and benefits review in the various markets and propose appropriate recommendations to HR Director/management. 3.Be responsible for leading in Organization review process for China leadership level and work closely with HR Director – China on the final submission to Area/ regional office. This process aims to identify ‘potentials / talents’ in the office for succession planning and drawing up IDP plans to accelerate career moves. |
Top 3 Requirements: |
1.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years HR experience, preferably in FMCG environment. 2.The candidate should have solid recruiting experience, sales function-related preferred. 3.He/she will be able to be superior project planning skills will be necessary as conflicting priorities and time pressures will be issues the incumbent needs to deal with on an ongoing basis. |
Special Requirements: |
1.Bachelor degree or above in HR/Business Administration, preferably with an MBA qualification. 2.Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (oral and written). 3.Excellent interpersonal skills and networking. 4.Strong computer knowledge in word processing/database system. |
