 Responsibilities: 

1.Lead product research and development to provide nutrition and regulatory support following national regulations for new products, existing products and new concepts.
2.Grasp the global nutrition trends, providing Marketing Department professional advice or recommendations for new product development and launching, with purpose of ensuring that all products in accord with market trends.
3.Build up good communication between local surveillance and headquarter, follow up and keep updated the requirements of product development and packaging graphics.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1.The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years R&D experience in Food Industry, foreign biscuit enterprise R&D experience is preferred.
2.Master biscuits technology and production techniques, food and raw materials analysis techniques principles, commonly biscuits raw material and its application in biscuit process applications and food-related expertise.
3.Understand national quality standards, laws and regulations, experimental design, food nutrition, labeling and bar code and other related requirements.

 Special Requirements: 

1. Food Science, Nutrition and other related bachelor degree or above.
2. Good leadership and communication skills, good at English both in writing and speaking.
