Company Scenario :

Our client established on 2007, Jan; is a wholly-owned subsidiary of its mother company with the Registered Capital of USD 2.1 million. Their business scope includes research, development, & design.

 Responsibilities: 

1. To continue to build and develop a high performance culture within the company, resulting in achieving profitability by early 2011. In parallel, to work with the China Board of Directors in developing a strategy for growth leading to a profitable revenue scale of US $50M by the end of 2013.
2. To take the lead in developing market focused strategies to grow revenue and market share for the strategic business units in China.
3.Serve as the senior member of the China management team with direct reporting responsibility for Sales and Marketing, Operations, Materials Management, Engineering and Human Resources with dotted-line reporting for Finance and IT.
4. Build up and maintain the strong relationship with relevant public sectors.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

1. At least 10 years experience in management, with a minimum of 5 years as a GM responsible for combined sales and manufacturing facilities in the PRC. Experience of working for western companies is essential.
2. The candidate MUST display the attributes of a ""HIGH PERFORMER"" and support the creation of a ""HIGH PERFORMANCE"" culture within our client via innovative policies and practices, as well as through personal leadership skills. Must be a strong leader, with the interpersonal skills necessary to build both effective high performance teams, and to cultivate lasting and fruitful customer relationships.
3. Strong commercial skills (including customer research, marketing strategy, advertising strategy, promotion planning, channel development, and sales strategy planning) are essential.

 Special Requirements: 

1.Business/Commercial or Engineering/Technical undergraduate/graduate degree (US MBA or equivalent is desirable).
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin required, both oral and written.
3. Must possess an open, respectful management style and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
