Company Scenario :

The Group established in 1981, is a Singapore-listed company with headquarters in Singapore and plants in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China. The group has developed into one of the leading metal stamping specialists and precision metal components.

 Responsibilities: 

1.This is a CFO role in the company that oversees finance reconciliations (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting to consolidate the financial resources.
2.Responsible for leading the financial control function and organization’s overall financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices.
3.Responsible for company’s M&A strategy planning and activities to support it’s business expansion plan in China and involving in company’s IPO activities.

 Top 3 Requirements: 

In essence, the ideal candidate should have solid finance management experiences:
1.More than 10 years hands-on working experiences with CFO/Finance Director above level of finance management within a large size MNC manufacturing company.
2.Solid finance experience of involving company’s M&A management experience is highly preferred.
3.Strong leadership skills to provide strategic vision and guidance for leading and managing finance team members.

 Sepcial Requirements: 

1.The candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking ability to develop with company.
2.Must be very good at English both in writing and speaking.
3.Bachelor degree in accounting or financial management with MBA is a plus.
