Responsibilities:
|
This Channel Trade Marketing Manager is an independent contributor role working as the bridge between Sales and Marketing team , who is mainly responsible for: 1.Be responsible for developing and implementing modern/traditional channels trade marketing strategies and promotion plans as per company target and National Trade Marketing Manager’s annual plan. 2.Be responsible for achieving of agreed trade spending, promotion and activity objectives by effectively managing Trade Marketing Team, closely working with Marketing Team and directing Field Sales Team. 3.Be responsible for controlling promotion expense to ensure cost effectiveness is achieved through the development and administration of pre-determined budgets. Apply/leverage knowledge to improve operations margins.

Top 3 Requirements:
|
1.The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years Channel or 1. Category Trade Marketing experience with a consumer packaged goods company in China within FMCG environment. 2.The candidate should possess an excellent knowledge of Modern Trade/Traditional Trade/Key Account and dealing with National accounts with effective management in these trade relations with key account, distributor, wholesalers and retailers. 3.He/she will be able to challenge, motivate and be actively involved in building competitive advantage through all stakeholders; direct sales, distributors, key accounts and peer relationships.

Special Requirements:
|
1.Bachelor degree or above. 2.Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Written is a must while oral is preferable). 3.Sales experience will be an added advantage for this role.
